AGENDA 1) In class Still Life Assignment: Take 4 different photos of the in-class Still Life exploring reflections and shadows and 4 different viewpoints: 1) Eye Level Viewpoint 2) Bird's Eye (from above- try at an angle, looking down) 3) Bug's Eye: get down low, look up 4) Zoomed in, magnified composition: zoom in on a portion of the still life and crop. The still life should fill the picture plane and go off the edges. Media: Charcoal paper, manilla paper, or pastel paper. Charcoal, graphite, or color pencil Include a minimum of 3 - 4 viewpoints on your page. 1 viewpoint will be large, the other 2 -3 will be smaller. You can divide your picture plane or overlap compositions and viewpoint - blend and layer viewpoints. Emphasize the shadows! Emphasize the reflections! What you will turn in: 4 photographs you took of the the still life. Photograph of your final artwork.
